Historical Context
The Battle of Heartbreak Ridge was a month-long battle in the Korean War which took place between 13 September and 15 October 1951. After withdrawing from Bloody Ridge, the Korean People's Army (KPA) set up new positions just 1,500 yards (1,400 m) away on a 7-mile (11 km) long hill mass. If anything, the defenses were even more formidable here than on Bloody Ridge.
The Battle of Heartbreak Ridge was one of several major engagements in the hills of North Korea a few miles north of the 38th Parallel (the pre-war boundary between North and South Korea), near Chorwon.

The Game
CDWC's  Battle of Heartbreak Ridge will pit the Korean People’s Army Against NATO forces in a pitched uphill battle of ever-changing territory objectives. There will also be missions worth points throughout the day for those that like completing hard or impossible objectives.

This is not your normal take and hold teritory game that you are used to. This game will have moving objectives along with a mid-day madness game to test your stamina.
This format has not been used at CDWC before. The last time it was used was during a big game at WESTPOINT.

the UN (Blue Team lead by: Omar Khan

the Korean Peoples Army lead by: Marshall Davis
